Ever wonder ????

Why a nun can be covered from head to toe and she's respected for devoting herself to God, but when a Muslimah does that, she's considered "oppressed"?

Why a Jew can grow a beard and he's just practicing his faith, and when Muslim does that, he's an extremist?

When a western woman stays at home to look after the house and kids she's sacrificing herself and doing good for the household, but when a Muslim woman does so, she "needs to be liberated"?

Why is it that when a child dedicates himself to a subject, he has potential, and when a child dedicates himself to Islam, he is hopeless?

When a Christian kills someone, religion is not mentioned, (i.e., Ireland and the IRA) but when a Muslim is charged with a crime, it's Islam that goes to trial?

Terrorism and Islam

Like all the other religions of God, Islam (Submission in English) promotes peace, love and harmony among the people. Actually the word "Islam" in addition to meaning submission (to God), also, is derived from the Arabic word Salam (peace). The Muslims (Submitters) greet other people by saying Salaam (Peace be upon you). "O people, we created you from the same male and female, and rendered you distinct peoples and tribes, that you may recognize one another. The best among you in the sight of GOD is the most righteous. GOD is Omniscient, Cognizant. " [49:13] Islam has always been promoting and working for peace. Peace and mutual agreement has always been advocated over aggression. The relations of Moslems with others are primarily based on peace, mutual respect and confidence. The theme in the Quran is peace as long as there is no oppression or injustice that cannot be solved by all the peaceful means. Islam refuses the killing of innocent people, irrespective of the cause, be it religious, political , social or for any beliefs. Quran, the Muslims holy book declares it clear; [6:151] "...... You shall not kill -GOD has made life sacred - except in the course of justice. These are His commandments to you, that you may understand." [17:33] "You shall not kill any person - for GOD has made life sacred - except in the course of justice. If one is killed unjustly, then we give his heir authority to enforce justice. Thus, he shall not exceed the limits in avenging the murder; he will be helped." Quran re-literates what God commanded the people of the Old Testament, a command that has to be uphold by any TRUE Muslim who should believe in the previous scriptures;. [5:32] "......, we decreed for the children of Israel that anyone who murders any person who had not committed murder or horrendous crimes, it shall be as if he murdered all the people. And anyone who spares a life, it shall be as if he spared the lives of all the people. .............." Islam condemns the killing of people merely because they embrace a different religion. It does not allow Moslems to fight against those who disagree with them on religious questions. It urges the Muslims to treat such people kindly and equitably: [2:256] "There shall be no compulsion in religion". [60:8]"GOD does not enjoin you from befriending those who do not fight you because of religion, and do not evict you from your homes. You may befriend them and be equitable towards them. GOD loves the equitable." [8:61]"If they resort to peace, so shall you, and put your trust in GOD. He is the Hearer, the Omniscient." [4:90]"...... those who join people with whom you have signed a peace treaty, and those who come to you wishing not to fight you, nor fight their relatives. Had GOD willed, He could have permitted them to fight against you. Therefore, if they leave you alone, refrain from fighting you, and offer you peace, then GOD gives you no excuse to fight them." Regrettably, many terrorists groups have used the name Islam to promote their cause and this gave the West a chance to attack Islam and label the Muslims as terrorists.

The West on the other hand deliberately ignores labeling terrorists as Christians or Jewish when they are.

Terrorism as an act of violence has been committed by people from all religious and political backgrounds. Christian terrorists ( e.g. Bosnia, Ireland, Nazi) and Jewish terrorists (e.g. Israel, Palestine and Lebanon) for example used their religious beliefs to claim legitimacy for the violence and terrorism they commit.

They killed thousands of women and children and innocent young men for no more than terrorizing the innocents.

Those who do not understand Islam or do not realize the fake, political "Islam" that rules the so called "Islamic" world, and those who have an interest in distorting the picture of the TRUE Islam, have been trying to make the word terrorists and terrorism synonymous to Islam .

A Palestinian martyr blew himself up at 2pm in a crowded place downtown at a pizza restaurant. The expolsion was at a crossroads between Yafa and king Dawood roads.

This resulted in the death of 15 including the martyr and the injury of 90 more.Islamic Jehad has claimed responsibility for the operation.

Sharon declared,after a meeting with his governments that all plo offices will be closed and taken control of .

An action is requred by all noble citizens.We have all lost hope in our governments .

It is time we start to provide genuine support to our fellow men in Palestine who have been leading a bitter struggle alone in silence for the past 11 months.They have lost 6oo martyrs and above 20,000 were injured.

They have lost their home, family, land and they havent lost their faith in God and in you. Dont let them down .They are only struggling for their freedom and existence. Help them before the Aksa is destroyed.

Help them before the time comes when we stand infront of God .

What will we say to the Almighty when he asks us about Jehad.

Jehad is not left for women and childern. Let the men rise and refend the userped Palestine...
